i don't want to add something sensitive to this entry.
no wonder that the kerajaan baru PR at penang had 'dropped' all the majlis perbandaran summons when they conquer the Komtar complex, few months ago. all the penang residents were very happy about saying 'NO' to summons they have been issued before that date.
